About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with architectural professionals advising on the design and specification of door openings
- Use Openings Studio, an award-winning BIM software, to specify 3D doors, hardware and access control
- Drive positive, sustaining relationships with key influencers and create brand demand through educating and promoting ASSA ABLOY solutions
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
- Deliver educational programs highlighting new products, solutions, and professional services
- Promote adoption of the Openings Studio BIM tool and present project proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar)
- Minimum high school/GED diploma
- At least 3 years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus.
