Key responsibilities & impact

Experience all facets of our Accounting and Finance organizations during a two-year rotational program
Work with accounting team members to prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
Collaborate with finance team members and senior management to develop business plans and evaluate proposals
Rotate in areas like ERP, Production, Operational Excellence, and Supply Chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Accounting or Finance-related degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA
Completing prior, degree-specific internships is desirable
Strong track record of involvement and engagement with on/off campus activities
Excellent communication skills
Self-starter, motivated, and driven to seek out challenges and find solutions.
Willing to relocate to each rotation site and be prepared to travel for potential trips.
