About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and integrations
- Build scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions aligned with SKIDATA's global technology standards
- Collaborate with international development teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders
- Participate in technical design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to improve products and solutions
- Develop API integrations using modern technologies and industry best practices
- Produce clean, well-documented, and testable code
- Support solution deployments, upgrades, troubleshooting, and customer requirements
- Create and maintain technical documentation and design specifications
- Contribute to solution architecture, software quality, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as a technical advisor for customized solution opportunities and customer projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years of software engineering/development experience
- Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / .NET 5+
- Proficiency in JavaScript and Angular
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, gRPC, SignalR, and RabbitMQ
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git, GitLab, Visual Studio, SonarQube, and DevOps practices
- Exposure to Docker, Microservices Architecture, CI/CD, and Cloud Technologies
- Understanding of Cybersecurity, API integrations, and Data Flows
- Familiarity with Service Management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow
