About the role
- Customer service/inside sales: Customer relations
- Maintain contact and drive revenue by managing Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts
- Lead sharing and assigning through Salesforce
- Coordinate team efforts to offer brands approved for project work
- Sales operations: Customer data and database management
- Lead generation process management
- Monthly sales and project win reports
- Event management: Fleet event coordination, trade show coordination, meeting/event management, lead distribution and follow-up
- Secondary focus on pricing administration duties and generating quotes for customers
Requirements
- College/University degree (preference for business administration or similar field) or work experience commensurate with high school/GED diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
- Ability to organize broad information into cohesive and effective content and reports
- Detail-oriented and strong follow-up habits
