About the role

  • Customer service/inside sales: Customer relations
  • Maintain contact and drive revenue by managing Inside Sales Outreach Program target accounts
  • Lead sharing and assigning through Salesforce
  • Coordinate team efforts to offer brands approved for project work
  • Sales operations: Customer data and database management
  • Lead generation process management
  • Monthly sales and project win reports
  • Event management: Fleet event coordination, trade show coordination, meeting/event management, lead distribution and follow-up
  • Secondary focus on pricing administration duties and generating quotes for customers

Requirements

  • College/University degree (preference for business administration or similar field) or work experience commensurate with high school/GED diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience with CRM, reporting, and contact management tools
  • Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
  • Ability to organize broad information into cohesive and effective content and reports
  • Detail-oriented and strong follow-up habits
