About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will play a key strategic, tactical and operational long-term role in facilitating and executing our plans to expand our business activities across the Nordic region.
  • You will hold full commercial responsibility for the Nordic region, with a clear initial focus on Sweden.
  • During the first 12–18 months, a significant share of your time (approximately 60–70%) will be dedicated to establishing a strong position in the Swedish market by building market presence, pipeline, and sustainable project inflow.
  • You will have a high degree of freedom and mandate to define priorities and shape the market approach within the agreed Nordic strategy.
  • Your role is positioned as a hunter-driven key account role , where new business development is directly linked to disciplined and structured key account management.
  • You will work systematically with: Project-based solution sales, Early-stage project identification and influence, Structured engagement with key decision-makers and influencers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Extensive technical solution sales experience within Sweden or other Nordic countries
  • Strong commercial understanding and experience in opening new markets
  • Ideally with experience in dealing with architects, engineers and technical managers
  • Ability to work structured with CRM, pipeline and forecast
  • Good technical understanding - ideally with experience from the construction/heavy industry
  • Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to navigate agilely, on both a business and human level, in the interaction between a large global company and the business unit and company that you represent on a daily basis
  • Residence in Denmark or Sweden and willingness to travel approximately 120 days per year
  • Fluent in English
