Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Demonstrated excellence in leading product development from concept to launch
Ability to travel domestically and internationally (40%+ domestically)
Strong knowledge of architectural and contractor markets
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate professionally across the organization
Excellent organizational, planning, presentation, troubleshooting, and multi-tasking skills
Preferred: experience in recruiting, onboarding, coaching and development of team members
