About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and manage contractor accounts to drive adoption and sales of products
- Provide support to local distributors, including troubleshooting and resource allocation
- Offer on-site jobsite assistance to ensure proper installation and product performance
- Conduct product training sessions for contractors, distributors, and end-users
- Build relationships within the design community, including architects and engineers
- Deliver AIA-accredited presentations and product demonstrations to promote solutions
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of local market dynamics, competitors, and opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in market development, sales, or technical support in the construction or security industry
- Technical expertise in perimeter security products, including fencing and access control systems
- Experience with jobsite support, training, and presentations (AIA certification a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint) and basic CRM tools
