About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial success of the Electrical Locks portfolio by defining and executing go-to-market strategies that accelerate growth across key channels and market verticals.
  • Become a true product expert by building deep knowledge of our electrical lock solutions and translating technical features into clear customer value for different audiences (installers, resellers, end-users).
  • Enable sales to win by actively supporting product knowledge development—delivering training, tools, and clear messaging that strengthen sales confidence and drive conversion.
  • Lead high-impact product launches by orchestrating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring strong product readiness across markets and sales teams.
  • Act as the voice of the customer and market, gathering insights and feeding them back into product management to continuously improve offerings and competitiveness.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales across multiple distribution channels and market verticals.
  • Experience in growth-driven sales activities, technical sales, and/or customer acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (Copilot skills are a plus).
  • Proficiency in English and at least one Scandinavian language, along with experience in the security and access solutions industry (a strong advantage).
