Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare and maintain financial records to track the organization’s assets, liabilities, profit and loss
Prepare journal entries, accruals, and account adjustments
Perform balance sheet reconciliations, including intercompany accounts
Support month-end and year-end close processes to meet deadlines
Prepare and upload financial results to Head Office reporting systems
Assist with internal and external audit requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems
Experience with AR/AP is a plus
Ability to write reports and business correspondence in English
