About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for driving projects throughout value stream to achieve or exceed budgeted goals
- Analyze data, develop models, work with teams, and observe the manufacturing process to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and other areas for improvement
- Write procedures, investigate, establish protocols, report change controls to support client programs
- Provide day-to-day production support where needed
- Manage change control for assigned projects
- Work with production, automation and project engineering groups on process improvement projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS in science/engineering required
- 3 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
