About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop CNC programs across multiple fabrication platforms
- Generate G-code and machine instructions
- Use SolidWorks to create flat patterns and cutting files
- Establish programs for new equipment
- Troubleshoot machine issues & support production
- Validate part quality against design
- Maintain documentation and revision control
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree, diploma or certificate in machine tool technology, CNC programming and operations, CAD technology or related technical program is desirable
- 3+ years CNC programming experience
- Experience with multiple CNC platforms
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects
- SolidWorks experience required
- Advanced/Intermediate skill level with MS Office Suite and SharePoint
- Knowledge of PLC-based machine control systems is desirable
