About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate day-to-day project management aspects of multiple and/or large-scale projects
Use company assets to track projects through all stages of the project life cycle including warranty period
Coordinate with tech support and engineering team for any warranty, trouble shooting, and design requirements
Assist in the evaluation and design of project offerings and possess a thorough understanding of company service offerings, technical preferences, and technical direction
Serve as a key participant in team and client meetings
Challenge others to develop as leaders while clarifying roles and responsibilities
Pursue excellence in all aspects of business
Build knowledge in the industry and share knowledge with others
Participate in NPD and CPI projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and relevant work experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred
Basic understanding of accounting and project management concepts
Thorough understanding of research methodology, data analysis and estimation metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
MS Office Proficient
Great attention to detail
Must be organized and reliable
