About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders across North and South America to gather requirements
  • Define KPIs, metrics, reporting needs, and business rules
  • Translate requirements into clear deliverables
  • Support end-to-end BI solution design within Microsoft Fabric
  • Collaborate closely with the India-based BI development team
  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and BI engineering teams
  • Define and validate data models, KPI logic, and semantic layers
  • Guide the development of intuitive, high-performing dashboards
  • Contribute to data governance and standardization
  • Drive continuous improvement in BI processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics
  • Expertise in requirements gathering and solution design
  • Experience working in global environments and offshore delivery models
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric
  • Lakehouse, data warehousing, data pipelines
  • Power BI models, medallion architecture
  • ETL/ELT processes, dimensional modeling
  • Strong business and functional skills
  • Experience in Agile environments
  • Familiarity with Azure, background in manufacturing or multinational organizations
