About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handling Accounts Payable, including registration, review, and posting of supplier invoices
Handling Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, follow-up of customer payments, and reconciliations
Bank administration, including incoming and outgoing payments, bank account reconciliations, and contact with banks when needed
Ongoing administrative and finance-related tasks connected to daily operations
Supporting other functions within the finance department as required

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has a relevant degree in finance/accounting or equivalent work experience
Has experience working with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Is familiar with bank payments and reconciliations
Has strong system skills and the ability to quickly learn new financial systems
Has fluent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
Previous experience with Medius and Infor M3 is considered an advantage, but is not a requirement
