About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive business development strategy and sales efforts for HID's line of RTLS solutions and products
- Grow a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts
- Develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their specific pain points
- Collaborate with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and close business against defined quota
- Support marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in market-based sales role which achieved or exceeded business growth targets is required
- Experience working in a technology industry with an aptitude for understanding technical product details and specifications
