Key responsibilities & impact

Drive business development strategy and sales efforts for HID's line of RTLS solutions and products
Grow a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts
Develop strategic relationships with customers and prospects, understanding their specific pain points
Collaborate with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases
Accurately forecast sales pipeline and close business against defined quota
Support marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University preferred
Minimum of 4 years of experience in market-based sales role which achieved or exceeded business growth targets is required
Experience working in a technology industry with an aptitude for understanding technical product details and specifications
