About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, preferably in Industrial Doors and Docking Systems.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and present value-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial door or related industry.
  • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B or technical solutions industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, team management and relationship-building skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet sales target deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the market.
  • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop actionable insights to guide sales strategies.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
