About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, preferably in Industrial Doors and Docking Systems.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships with key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and present value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the industry.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industrial door or related industry.
- Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in B2B or technical solutions industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, team management and relationship-building skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet sales target deadlines.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and expand market share in the market.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop actionable insights to guide sales strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to senior management.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability for travel as needed.
