About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage logistics execution for project-based, installation-driven deliveries aligned with construction milestones.
- Coordinate phased, sequenced, and partial shipments to support complex installation schedules.
- Select, manage, and evaluate carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics providers.
- Support customs brokers with accurate shipment data and timing requirements.
- Track logistics KPIs including on-time delivery and freight cost per project.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of logistics or transportation management experience
- Experience supporting project-based or installation-driven operations
- Experience managing heavy, oversized, or engineered equipment shipments
- Strong understanding of transportation modes and carrier management
- Familiarity with TMS, ERP, or logistics systems
- Professional-level Spanish preferred
