- Coordinate with customers to determine needs and obtain purchase orders.
- Generate sales orders in the ERP system.
- Provide status updates to service teams.

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in technical support or aftermarket parts department.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Epicor.
