About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work closely with architectural professionals advising on the design and specification of door openings
- Cultivate consulting relationships with architectural design team influencers and specifiers
- Identify and secure opportunities to prepare door and hardware specifications
- Utilize Salesforce.com for customer relationship and project tracking
- Serve as point-of-contact for architect's education and specification needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- College/University degree preferred in architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business or similar
- Minimum 2-3 years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design-Build construction management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience with CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
