About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and evolve company‑wide EHS programs across multiple manufacturing locations
- Serve as a trusted advisor to site and executive leadership
- Drive injury prevention, risk reduction, and environmental stewardship
- Oversee ISO 14001 and environmental compliance initiatives
- Build strong safety cultures through training, engagement, and accountability
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- A strategic EHS leader with 5 + years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- A relationship‑builder who can influence at all levels—from the shop floor to senior leadership
- Passionate about safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement
- Experienced in multi‑site EHS programs and ISO 14001 environments
- Confident, hands‑on, and ready to lead positive change
