About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and coordinate daily sales activities and organize meetings.
  • Act as the central point of contact for external and internal communications.
  • Manage international customers and distribution partners via a central email inbox.
  • Support CRM maintenance by updating sales data and documenting relevant information.
  • Regularly review new business customers to assess commercial risks and ensure the safety and integrity of our customer relationships.
  • Prepare quotations and place orders for distributors.
  • Assist in planning and organizing business travel, events, trade shows and customer meetings, including booking flights, trains and hotels for sales staff.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial training (or equivalent qualification) with a technical affinity.
  • Initial experience in sales or a supporting role, ideally in an international environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Confident user of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and enthusiastic about digital tools.
  • Team player with initiative and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
