Channel Sales Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a network of specialist partners and distributors.
- Actively support and further develop existing partners in Germany.
- Acquire new partner customers (e.g., electrical installers, smart home integrators, distributors, electricians).
- Build and expand long-term customer relationships through personal consulting and regular communication.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate contracts and follow up.
- Participate in trade shows and events.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed commercial or technical training, ideally in electrical engineering, IT, communications technology or a comparable discipline.
- Experience in B2B sales as a sales representative, inside sales employee or sales manager, ideally in the smart home, security technology or building services environment.
- Confident, professional manner and strong communication skills.
- Structured and independent way of working.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and events.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; very good English skills. Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- Affinity for innovative technologies and digital solutions.
