About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct technical visits to customers in the southern region, providing tailored solutions that address each client's specific needs.
  • Prospect new customers within the segment and develop relationships with existing accounts.
  • Prepare and submit for approval the work plan and sales planning, including growth targets per customer.
  • Contribute to the implementation of commercial policies in alignment with the company's strategy.
  • Participate in the introduction of commercial policy, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Sell and promote the company's products and solutions through both in-person visits and remote channels.
  • Deliver results in order volume, revenue, and gross margin, including analysis by product family, with the goal of continuous business growth.
  • Organize orders and negotiate lead times and payment terms in accordance with commercial policy.
  • Monitor order releases and delivery dates, ensuring efficient fulfillment.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in after-sales by coordinating requests with the technical team and providing relevant feedback.
  • Collaborate with the technical support team, offering commercial and technical support to resolve issues quickly.
  • Prepare detailed visit reports documenting sales made, new contracts signed, and information for internal control.
  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals, ensuring quotations meet customer expectations and align with company objectives.
  • Contribute market reports and competitive analysis to support the company's strategic decision-making.
  • Track performance indicators and strive to meet or exceed the targets defined by the commercial area, aligning with the company's expectations for sustainable results.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields.
  • Postgraduate studies in Business (MBA or similar) preferred.
