About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Candidate shall provide contract installation services for HID
- Install livescan hardware software and peripherals
- Connect livescan system to required network for submission to agency
- Test livescan system with agency
- Train customer representatives on use and administration of system
- Provide remote installation and support services for HID
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where service delivery must adhere to strict timelines with little to no direct supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of and troubleshooting skills for network topology (ports, protocols), Active Directory, Data Security as well as hardware connectivity
- Must be able to pass a background check for CJIS certification and for Federal and Non-Federal contracts
- Must be able to lift 60 pounds from the floor to a desktop.
