About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Play an integral role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers while actively driving growth in the market
  • Cultivating strong customer relationships, understanding needs, and collaborating across internal and external teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, expand our customer base, and increase product penetration
  • Lead and develop both the Customer Care and Inside Sales teams, leveraging industry expertise to strengthen partnerships and convert opportunities into measurable results
  • Serve as a knowledgeable product expert to confidently guide customers and influence buying decisions
  • Analyze customer trends and market activity to identify opportunities that expand sales and strengthen market position
  • Host customer tours of the Service Center, showcasing capabilities and reinforcing value proposition

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A strong combination of relevant experience, education, practical skills, and the ability to learn quickly
  • Proven experience leading teams and achieving results through others
  • Industry background in doors, hardware, construction, building products, or a related field is highly valued
  • Track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences through engagement, expertise, and operational excellence
  • Self-starter with strong initiative, resourcefulness, and follow-through
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Word, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
