About the role
- Communicate with all team members within customer service
- Answer incoming calls for multiple locations
- Serve as primary point of contact for all Columbia and Charleston service
- Ability to schedule multiple trucks for service and install (commercial and residential)
- Ability to respond to vendor and customer inquiries via email, phone and other communications
- Track ordered materials
- Prepare customer tickets for invoicing
- Schedule Fire Door Drop test and preventive maintenance
- Update and maintain operational open service spreadsheet
- Process credit card payments
- Assist Field Operations Manager as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience estimating commercial, industrial, or related service and repair projects
- Strong written and oral communications skills, presentation skills and the ability to quickly adapt
- Strong understanding of scheduling projects
- Ability to build strong relationships on all levels, internally and with customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to business
