About the role
- Make sales calls to industry leaders such as architects, engineers, and other entities who specify perimeter security products.
- Build and maintain solid working relationships with inside sales team and managers.
- Continually update customer profiles within CRM Software.
- Understand each customer's business model and geographical coverage.
- Track top fence contractors by classification and market segment.
- Professionally support local distribution partners.
- Address customer problems/issues in a professional and timely manner with integrity.
- Ability to travel to industry events and corporate meetings as needed (<10% annually).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant outside sales experience.
- Successful outside sales experience and time management.
- Experience in calling on Architects, Engineers, and end users preferred.
- Comfortable calling on jobsites and construction projects.
- Valid driver’s license and be able to work in the USA.
