About the role

  • Make sales calls to industry leaders such as architects, engineers, and other entities who specify perimeter security products.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with inside sales team and managers.
  • Continually update customer profiles within CRM Software.
  • Understand each customer's business model and geographical coverage.
  • Track top fence contractors by classification and market segment.
  • Professionally support local distribution partners.
  • Address customer problems/issues in a professional and timely manner with integrity.
  • Ability to travel to industry events and corporate meetings as needed (<10% annually).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant outside sales experience.
  • Successful outside sales experience and time management.
  • Experience in calling on Architects, Engineers, and end users preferred.
  • Comfortable calling on jobsites and construction projects.
  • Valid driver’s license and be able to work in the USA.
