About the role
- Responsible for calling on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction and Planning Departments within an end user account
- Partner with local selling partners including wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors
- Develop short and long-term sales plans
- Identify and classify the sales potential of each client
- Establish a network of clients with a high level of trust
- Sell opening solutions using an effective communication approach
Requirements
- College/University degree or work experience commensurate with minimum high school/GED diploma
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of sales experience, with building material or construction-related experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
