Key responsibilities & impact

Troubleshoot technical issues related to global network and security services.
Respond to customer inquiries and assist with the deployment and configuration of the services.
Collaborate with internal technical teams, customers, and external strategic partners to deliver, maintain, and improve high-quality and efficient network infrastructure.
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-handling skills.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical background in IT support, with experience troubleshooting issues in network and security areas.
Knowledge of computer networks and security protocols.
Experience working with both hardware and software-based network solutions.
Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for technology and self-development.
Knowledge of the spoken and written English language including technical vocabulary.
It would be an advantage if you have: CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or other relevant IT certifications, or an equivalent level of hands-on professional experience.
Experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating with colleagues across different countries, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
