About the role

  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to global network and security services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and assist with the deployment and configuration of the services.
  • Collaborate with internal technical teams, customers, and external strategic partners to deliver, maintain, and improve high-quality and efficient network infrastructure.
  • Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-handling skills.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background in IT support, with experience troubleshooting issues in network and security areas.
  • Knowledge of computer networks and security protocols.
  • Experience working with both hardware and software-based network solutions.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Passion for technology and self-development.
  • Knowledge of the spoken and written English language including technical vocabulary.
  • It would be an advantage if you have: CCNA, CompTIA Network+ or other relevant IT certifications, or an equivalent level of hands-on professional experience.
  • Experience working in a multinational environment, collaborating with colleagues across different countries, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and vendors.
