About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer inquiries, register orders, follow up on deliveries, and support tasks related to the customer ledger and outstanding receivables.
Provide proactive and professional customer service, ensuring fast, accurate handling of inquiries and clear communication throughout the process.
Advise customers on product selection, delivery options, and other service-related questions.
Register orders efficiently and coordinate daily with the factory/suppliers to secure deliveries according to customer requirements.
Monitor delivery progress, inform customers of any changes or delays, and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Register new customers, conduct credit assessments, and manage internal and external inquiries related to the customer ledger.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Has completed upper secondary school, preferably with education in sales/marketing, and experience in customer service.
Demonstrates strong customer understanding, learns quickly, and has experience with customer ledgers and customer handling.
Possesses good English skills, both spoken and written.
Is comfortable using the department’s systems, tools, and digital solutions, ideally including SAP.
Works in a structured, service ‑ minded, and proactive way, with the ability to build relationships, take initiative, and work independently.
