Oversee all financial planning, analysis and reporting tasks related to the operating entity for Hospitality
Model, analyze, and communicate key metrics and drivers of the business with a clear ability to create insightful analysis
Manage the Americas P&L, including detailed analysis of revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and EBIT performance
Deliver monthly management reporting with variance analysis versus forecast, budget, and prior periods
Partner closely with the Director of FP&A on forecasting, profitability analysis, and strategic initiatives
Lead weekly sales forecasting, quarterly outlooks, and the annual financial planning process
Create dashboards and drive reporting for other Financial units
Develop and maintain advanced financial models to support scenario analysis and investment decisions
Translate complex financial results into clear, decision-oriented insights for non-finance stakeholders
Design and maintain dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
Drive continuous improvement in forecasting, reporting, and performance management processes

Requirements

Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or commercial finance with P&L partnering
Advanced Excel expertise (complex models, scenario analysis, large datasets) – Excel power users only
Strong understanding of financial statements, forecasting and KPIs
Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, preferred
ERP experience (SAP S/4HANA, HFM, or similar), preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree a plus
