About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the South African Business Development Team
Develop and execute a national strategy to expand Impro’s installer, integrator, and consultant ecosystem.
Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities with end-users, consultants, engineers, and specifiers.
Conduct visits, meetings, and briefings to establish ASSA ABLOY as a Trusted Advisor in digital access control.
Work closely with product managers, engineering, and internal teams to ensure strong solution design and tender responses.
Maintain accurate reporting, CRM updates, activity tracking, and forecasting.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Grade 12/Matric
Previous exposure to sales, business development, or customer facing roles.
Basic technical curiosity or interest in digital or electronic solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to travel for customer visits, events, and industry engagements.
Valid Code 8 driver’s license
