About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • The ASSA ABLOY | Menards Sales Analyst responsibility is to ensure AAAR products are on retailer's shelf when our customer's need them.
  • The primary point of contact for Retail Replenishment Managers and secondary point of contact for Retail Buying personnel.
  • Develop a high-quality relationship with the customer and support sales growth and operational efficiencies working jointly with Supply Planning.
  • Measure success by exceeding in-stock goals, delivering target return on inventory, supporting sales growth and resolving supply chain disconnects.
  • Build strong partnerships with Menards teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Lead weekly meetings with Menards inventory analysts and ASSA ABLOY demand planners to identify challenges.
  • Analyze POS data, sales trends, and forecast metrics to improve visibility and accuracy.
  • Monitor exception reports for SKU replenishment standards and recommend inventory levels that maximize profitability.
  • Forecast and track daily sales, manage replenishment schedules, and coordinate logistics for order fulfillment.
  • Identify root causes of shortages and propose corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Supply Chain or Data Analysis emphasis.
  • 2-4 years’ experience relating to account management, logistics or supply chain environment with specific understanding of supply chain, planning, scheduling, and logistics concepts.
  • Industry experience and product knowledge are desired.
  • APICS membership and participation encouraged.
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across all levels, both in writing and verbally.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Thrives in fast ‑ paced environments, managing overlapping projects and shifting priorities with ease.
  • Demonstrates a strong customer ‑ focused mindset across both internal teams and external partners.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel.
