About the role
- Lead and oversee all the quality processes within the group comprising Manufacturing / Supply Chain Operations as well as the Sales Companies and Installation.
- Utilize and optimize a variety of measures and management systems, including the ISO 9001, ISO 14001, total quality management (TQM), as well as continuous improvement processes.
- Report to the President/GM of HLAD, North America.
- Ensure process compliance, healthy safety culture and consistent product quality.
- Actively lead Safety Committee including monthly meetings, accident and near miss investigations and all required reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/ Manufacturing or industrial science, with an excellent understanding of quality management practices or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience of leading a Quality Organization in a Manufacturing/Engineering organization
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Experience in leading and driving a ISO14001 and ISO 9001
- Strong self-drive and have a good balance between strategic, long-term thinking and short-term operational actions.
- An ambitious doer, strong hands-on, who gets things done and sets high standards and goals for yourself and others.
- Strong Business and Commercial focus to really understand the voice of our customers in all aspects of the work.
