About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the engineering, design, manufacturing, and standards implementation for steel yard ramps and the broader portfolio of steel products
- Design and develop steel yard ramps and other steel products using Autodesk Inventor
- Create and maintain fabrication drawings, weldments, assemblies, and Bills of Materials (BOMs)
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for steel fabrication
- Collaborate with production teams to improve efficiency and quality
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in steel or metal fabrication
- Proficiency with Autodesk Inventor
- Experience with ERP systems, BOMs, and routings
- Knowledge of steel fabrication and Lean Manufacturing
