About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the business development strategy for the ASSA ABLOY Security Partner program in the US
  • Own and execute the national strategy for the Security Professional channel
  • Design and implement creative engagement programs for partners
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy tailored content for security professionals
  • Lead annual events for Security Partner participants and develop training programs to build partner effectiveness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree or work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma
  • 5-10 years sales experience in Door Hardware / Security / EAC industry preferred
  • Familiarity with key vertical markets of Education, Healthcare, Government, Fortune 500 & Multi-Family
  • Familiarity with key channels – Security Professionals (Locksmiths), Integrators, Wholesale Distribution
  • Knowledge of ASSA ABLOY product solutions and competitive offerings preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools and other industry-related software for sales and activity reporting
