About the role

  • Building and executing rolling annual and quarterly country/region segment marketing plans and campaigns within the Corporate Framework (brand, reputation, demand creation, sales enablement, and market intelligence), aligning with corporate segment marketing plans, sales goals, digital transformation initiatives and annual budgets
  • Developing and executing measurable demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams
  • Crafting and executing multichannel account-based marketing programs aimed at building a faster path to acquiring and engaging target customer accounts across key verticals
  • Collaborating with global/regional and central resources in the strategic development of segment campaigns, PR, social media, HID product literature, event displays, product positioning, value proposition messaging and digital marketing programs worldwide
  • Working with Web resources to ensure that inbound traffic can be converted into known leads through a best-in-class Web experience
  • Collaborating with Demand Generation and Automation teams to build, execute, track, measure and report KPIs on all campaigns from email/database marketing to paid digital and third-party campaigns
  • Identifying enablement gaps through ongoing analysis and business review sessions with key stakeholders; accountable for creating, upholding and improving the readiness & marketing enablement process
  • Localizing/customizing contents for new product introduction deliverables based on developed positioning and messaging
  • Localizing/customizing vertical value proposition for products and solutions and campaigns

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, business management or related area required. A lower-level degree combined with additional relevant experience may be considered in place of the stated educational requirement
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing, background in technology, RFID or equivalent industry is a plus.
  • CRM (SFDC or similar), Marketing automation (Marketo or similar), Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (Tableau, ZoomInfo – or similar reporting and analysis tools)
  • Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
  • Demonstrated strong listening, information gathering and empathy skills for uncovering and defining deliverables, needs and outcomes
  • Campaign-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to work with all levels of management in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in account-based and modern digital marketing methodologies, practices and tools is required
  • Ability to research and identify market trends and drive content strategy and development
  • Experience creating and implementing proven successful demand creation, lead nurturing and pipeline acceleration programs
  • Team player with cross-functional project leadership skills
  • Demonstrated skills in positioning and differentiating products and services
  • Highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
  • History of budget management
  • Ability to communicate effectively and fluently in English language verbally and in writing
  • Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
