About the role
- Drive Market Growth by developing and executing regional growth strategies for Medeco’s mechanical and electronic security solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform territory planning, pricing strategies, and go‑to‑market execution.
- Partner with key customers, distributors, integrators, and sales agents to uncover opportunities and deliver long‑term value.
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer challenges and aligning Medeco solutions to their business objectives.
- Support the ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions (DSS) team in sales, technical support and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with ASSA ABLOY sales resources, Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
- Represent Medeco at key industry and company events to strengthen relationships and brand visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (3+ years in sales, business development, or related roles).
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in complex or solution‑based environments.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
- Comfort working across teams and influencing outcomes in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Nice to Have: Experience in security hardware, electronic access control, construction, or adjacent industries.
- Familiarity with consultative or solution‑selling models.
- Lives or desires to live in Southern California, Phoenix AZ, or Las Vegas NV
