About the role

  • Understand the current landscape of India Law Enforcement, Civil ID, Border Control and develop go to Market Plan.
  • Evaluate/Penetrate the OEM Market and develop a Go to Market plan for each state.
  • Take Leadership in presenting and help executing an end to end plan for L1 sensor and reader development.
  • Assess Existing Channels and work on developing new channels of Distributors, VARs and SIs.
  • Educate end users and help selling the HID solution to them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven ability to successfully launch products and services on a global basis.
  • Strong expertise in the area of physical security.
  • Understanding of access control systems.
  • Proven capability of cross-functional collaboration & ability to gain consensus.
  • Data & analysis driven.
