Key responsibilities & impact

Understand the current landscape of India Law Enforcement, Civil ID, Border Control and develop go to Market Plan.
Evaluate/Penetrate the OEM Market and develop a Go to Market plan for each state.
Take Leadership in presenting and help executing an end to end plan for L1 sensor and reader development.
Assess Existing Channels and work on developing new channels of Distributors, VARs and SIs.
Educate end users and help selling the HID solution to them.

What you’ll need

Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
Proven ability to successfully launch products and services on a global basis.
Strong expertise in the area of physical security.
Understanding of access control systems.
Proven capability of cross-functional collaboration & ability to gain consensus.
Data & analysis driven.
