About the role
- Understand the current landscape of India Law Enforcement, Civil ID, Border Control and develop go to Market Plan.
- Evaluate/Penetrate the OEM Market and develop a Go to Market plan for each state.
- Take Leadership in presenting and help executing an end to end plan for L1 sensor and reader development.
- Assess Existing Channels and work on developing new channels of Distributors, VARs and SIs.
- Educate end users and help selling the HID solution to them.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree.
- Proven ability to successfully launch products and services on a global basis.
- Strong expertise in the area of physical security.
- Understanding of access control systems.
- Proven capability of cross-functional collaboration & ability to gain consensus.
- Data & analysis driven.
