About the role
- Installation, configuration and commissioning of Parking & Mobility solutions
- Analysis, diagnosis and resolution of faults in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (on-site / remote)
- Performing upgrades and updates on existing systems
- Providing technical support and advice to customers
- Timely and careful execution of assigned tasks
- Maintenance and updating of technical documentation when changes are made to installations, systems and configurations
- Participation in a scheduled on-call rota to resolve incidents outside normal working hours
Requirements
- Professional experience in a technical role (electronics technician, automation technician, electrician)
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in electrical engineering and IT/networking
- Committed, independent working style
- Confident, communicative manner with customers
- Willingness to undertake business travel
- Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Valid driver's license (car)
