About the role
- Responsible for calling on Facility Managers, Security Directors, IT Directors, and Construction and Planning Departments
- Partner with wholesalers, integrators, locksmiths, and distributors to maximize impact with end user accounts
- Develop short and long-term sales plans
- Identify and classify sales potential of each client
- Establish a network of clients with high level of trust
- Communicate effectively with decision makers and influencers
- Sell opening solutions as a consultant
Requirements
- College/University degree preferred in architectural design/engineering, construction science/management, or similar
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years of industry-related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
- Working knowledge of industry-related software is a plus
