About the role
- Drive Quality, Reliability & Technical Excellence
- Own the full testing lifecycle for embedded and IoT products — from test planning and design to execution, automation and reporting.
- Lead hardware-in-the-loop (HIL), system-level and automated testing across firmware, connectivity, containerised environments and network protocols.
- Develop and maintain advanced LabVIEW-driven test frameworks — creating requirements-based test cases, orchestrating complex automated test sequences across our embedded test stands, and integrating Python, Docker and CI/CD tooling to ensure scalable, reproducible and high-quality test environments.
- Collaborate closely with firmware, hardware and software teams to shape QA strategy and enable seamless, high-reliability integrations.
- Identify risks early, expand test coverage, and continuously enhance testing processes, tools and automation frameworks.
Requirements
- Senior experience in embedded systems QA or engineering, including HIL or system-level testing.
- Experience with LabVIEW for automated test control, instrumentation or measurement workflows.
- Strong automation or scripting capabilities (e.g., Python) and experience with Docker/CI pipelines.
- Understanding of IP/network protocols (DNS, TLS, DHCP) and embedded communication stacks.
- A quality-first, solutions-driven mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and geographies.
