About the role

  • The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving sustainable flow business growth across Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines through disciplined channel execution and partner‑led sales models.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and growth objectives through repeatable, partner‑driven flow business.
  • Drive distributors to actively expand and manage reseller ecosystems across assigned countries.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new resellers and second‑tier partners to increase geographic and market coverage.
  • Conduct structured partner performance and business reviews to ensure growth, activity level, and accountability.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting in the designated CRM system.
  • Represent FARGO in the market in a professional, ethical, and consistent manner.
  • Manage all sales activities across Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines in alignment with regional business plans.
  • Drive territory expansion by increasing partner presence in secondary cities, provincial areas, and developing markets.
  • Actively pursue new opportunities through prospecting, partner engagement, and expansion of existing channel relationships.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where targets or expectations are not met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within channel‑driven or distributor‑led models.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.
  • Candidate can speak or write in Thai or Vietnamese will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive new partner acquisition, territory expansion, and flow business growth.
  • Proven experience managing distributors and reseller networks.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and translate data into actionable plans.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively within assigned territories.
