About the role
- Manage and control overall financial reporting and accounting operations
- Provide day to day support to the business and analyze financial performance
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators to support business development
- Act as gatekeeper for compliance and financial accuracy
- Ensure quality and timely accounting and reporting as per company standards
- Provide regular analysis of KPI's and initiate improvement processes
- Communicate risks to upper management and propose solutions
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and reporting packages
- Oversee pricing and costs management in alignment with plans
- Maintain high standards of reporting and integrity of accounts
- Analyze and monitor investment processes and approve CAPEX
- Drive cash flow and debt management
- Handle year-end audit and other projects
Requirements
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or similar
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting and controlling
- Knowledge of income tax law, local and IFRS
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on timely and accurate financial data analysis
- Advanced user of office suite with focus on PowerPoint, Excel, HFM/OneStream and ERP
- Very good English skills written and verbal
