About the role

  • Manage commercial sales organization to increase market share with product and solution offering.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly OI and sales revenue target.
  • Expand dealer and door plant channel network in targeted cities and areas.
  • Administrati on and commercial steering of the sales team.
  • Management of national dealer network.
  • Develop project s in transportation segment incl. airport, train station etc.
  • Develop after-sales market by selling components and service contracts.
  • Commercial business strategy development for short term and long term.

Requirements

  • At least working experience of over 10 years at commercial project business.
  • At least over 10 years at a multi-national company.
  • Language ability: Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and verbal.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
