About the role
- Manage commercial sales organization to increase market share with product and solution offering.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly OI and sales revenue target.
- Expand dealer and door plant channel network in targeted cities and areas.
- Administrati on and commercial steering of the sales team.
- Management of national dealer network.
- Develop project s in transportation segment incl. airport, train station etc.
- Develop after-sales market by selling components and service contracts.
- Commercial business strategy development for short term and long term.
Requirements
- At least working experience of over 10 years at commercial project business.
- At least over 10 years at a multi-national company.
- Language ability: Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and verbal.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
