About the role
- Organize and manage product developments, from design to customer acceptance.
- Coordinate internal teams (mechanical, electronic, software, test) and cross-functional departments (Marketing, Purchasing, Quality, Industrialization, etc.).
- Ensure smooth project execution and the achievement of product development objectives by ensuring compliance with our specifications in terms of innovation, quality, design, timing and cost.
- Provide reporting and communication on project progress.
- Ensure compliance with ISO processes and quality standards.
Requirements
- Master’s degree, ideally an engineering or technical background, with a specialization in project management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management within an industrial environment.
- Good level of English (B2) and French.
- Organized, with strong interpersonal skills and comfortable making decisions and leading teams.
