About the role
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive the success of the company's products;
- Play a key role in conducting market research, creating effective promotional campaigns, and analyzing product performance;
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities;
- Analyze consumer behavior, competitors, and market segmentation to guide marketing strategies;
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure product features and benefits are effectively communicated to customers;
- Participate in and lead the product development process, providing insights and recommendations to improve product acceptance and performance;
- Contribute to the development of the product marketing plan by setting goals, strategies, and tactics to drive growth;
- Propose innovative marketing initiatives and monitor industry trends to keep the company competitive;
- Create and execute product marketing campaigns;
- Monitor product performance in the market by collecting data, conducting analyses, and preparing reports;
- Identify improvement opportunities based on performance metrics and customer feedback;
- Develop and deliver training for the commercial/sales team;
- Participate in industry events and trade shows.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in product development, launch, and product management;
- Analytical mindset and the ability to turn data into marketing insights;
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different teams;
- Ability to work collaboratively on multidisciplinary projects;
- Strategic thinking focused on product positioning and business results;
- Proactive attitude to drive innovation and improvements in processes and products;
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
- Intermediate-level Excel;
- Intermediate-level PowerPoint;
- Intermediate Power BI (desired);
- Intermediate English (desired).
