About the role
- Coordinate and control the execution of action plans and processes established by management
- Monitor buyers' performance in meeting demand
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure appropriate working capital for the company
- Integrate freight charges to be paid into the SAF system
- Analyze purchased volumes and opportunities for supplier development
- Track material shortages with suppliers and support shortage-reduction plans
- Monitor and secure improved supplier payment terms and drive cost savings
