About the role
- Lead and manage the Quality Assurance department at the Kleinlützel site (technical and personnel responsibility)
- Cross-site responsibility for the QMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) in Kleinlützel and Richterswil
- Further development and optimization of all QA and QM processes and tasks
- Collecting and reporting monthly KPIs (DPPM, COPQ, etc.)
- Administration, maintenance and updating of the Quality Management Manual (Orgavision)
- Organizing and conducting Quality Councils and taking responsibility for internal and external audits
- Coordinating, advising and delivering training on all matters related to quality and environmental management
Requirements
- Completed technical/mechanical vocational training
- Several years of professional experience in quality assurance within a production environment
- Further training in quality management (desirable)
- Good IT skills and digitalization know-how
- Leadership experience
- Strong awareness of quality standards
- Business-fluent German and English
- Committed personality with excellent communication and assertiveness skills
