About the role
- Prepare tooling designs (stamping dies and molds for plastic injection and metal) in SolidWorks
- Verify feasibility and collect project data
- Apply available equipment and instruments
- Specify materials to be used
- Develop prototypes
- Estimate cost/benefit
- Monitor practical trials and coordinate project execution
- Organize inventories of consumables and assist with their procurement
- Develop suppliers of products and services
- Enter CAPEX in the system for new projects
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Dimensional control
- Reading and interpretation of technical drawings
- SolidWorks
